Project presented by Jim Maher of the CCRLC.  Presented details on the demolition of the restaurant, residential structure, and parking lot. 

 

Committee Questions, Comments, Concerns

  • Any current proposal for the vacant site post demolition?  Per Councilman Polensek, there was some interest in putting in a tiny house village at this location, but nothing came to fruition.  There was also some intereset in rehabbing to reopen as a restaurant.

 

Motion to approve demolition as presented by all voting members.
